So I have heard people recently complaining about suddenly things being remove from the group by the group itself...Normally, it says who exactly is removing whether it is the author or one of the admin etc. However, I am not sure who removed what now, and I am a little concerned with it be anonymous. It does not make me feel good about. I am fairly certain in the case I am witnessing it is indeed the author, but again why the sudden change DA?

Greetings. As you could probably tell by the title of this journal entry, I’d like to know if you lot would be willing to fund me on the website: Patron. Greetings all. You can call me Crystal. And I figure since I'm technically Co-Founder now I'd swing by and say hello. I first joined this group a while back to network with other writers. The reason I took over is... well. How many awesome Literature-related groups have already fallen asleep on DA because people struggle to run them?

I finally had success in finding a new Co-Founder to take over the group. It wasn't easy, as the site wouldn't allow us to make the change. I managed to trick the site into accepting the invitation at last. I'm still having trouble with other groups, but I've found ways around them until dA can make workable suggestions.

I'M ALMOST GONE
I'm trying very hard not to abandon this group. The Founder has already done that. If there's anyone out there who is willing to take it over, please speak up soon.
I also don't want to leave the group as a member, I just don't want to be its lone admin any longer. The Founder did not leave me with the power to change my position, so it looks like I'll still be listed as an admin WHICH I WILL NO LONGER BE. I've contacted the powers that be at dA, but they don't seem to be able to do anything EVER!. They should really have a plan in place for situations like this one.

I got that same thing. When I click on the removed work, I get a message that says "Oops, the page you're looking for doesn't exist". But, even more strangely, I don't get that message on all of them. Some of them say they were removed, but they're still in the Gallery. It started happening on Sept. 18 in my group. The last 2 group-removed works happened 2 days ago. Nothing else has been removed since. It had been happening everyday, several times a day. I know I didn't remove them all.
The same thing is happening in other groups that I admin. I didn't remove ANY of those myself. In one case, the submission was my own. I deleted it from the gallery, but there is no indication that I had done it. The group's name is listed instead of mine.
I don't think it's the artists removing their work. There are a few artist who have removed their work, but their names ARE listed. Maybe DA sent out a notice about the changes, and I didn't pay attention. But still, why is it not consistent?
